Recommended Participants:

​Specialists grade k-12, teachers that have transitioned jobs recently, and teachers with large age band differences

Group Description:

Have you ever changed a district, grade level, or subject area? I’ve done all three. Let’s discuss what it is like to have gone through professional growth and how it has impacted you as a teacher. Participants would be offered an opportunity to share their experiences with professional transitions in the classroom as well as be provided with an opportunity for education and exposure to resources for success. Focus on the specialists and the arts in particular with support in regards to isolation, curriculum creation, and professional growth.
